I even put empty folders showing the link from the install which isĪnd I still get the same error. I tried putting a thumbdrive, formatted it, and assigned the letter X to drive and I actually got further into the installation process but towards the end I get a pop up saying "The specified account already exists". "Epic Games Launcher" or even Fortnite isn't on my apps and program list. I can't get the Epic Games Launcher to install because when I run the installer, it recognizes my old hard drive (assigned with the drive letter X:\\) and gives me an error code. I replaced a hard drive recently and I reinstalled most of my games, except Fortnite. My 2 brothers that live in a different country finally got laptops and I wanna be able to game with them. I've been trying to get this to work for 2 days now. I have this thread listing almost everything I've tried so far.
